It was formed by the erosion of the Navajo Sandstone by flash floods. Especially during the monsoon season, rainwater enters the wide basin above the cracks in the canyon and carries sand with it as it enters the narrow channel. Over time, the channels were eroded deeper and the smooth edges smoothed out, forming flow shapes in the rock.

2. Yellowstone National Park

The distinguishing features of Yellowstone National Park are geothermal phenomena, with more geysers and hot springs than anywhere else in the world, the colorful Yellowstone River Grand Canyon, fossil forests, and Yellowstone Lake. There are more than 3,000 geysers, fumaroles, and hot springs here, making it the largest concentration of geysers in the world. The most famous of these is the "Old Faithful", which sprays water once an hour.

3. Geirangerfjord and Nairuifjord

Someone once said that if you have only one chance to visit a fjord once in your life, it must be the Geirangerfjord and Nairuifjord in Norway. They are the longest and deepest fjords in the world, with high vertical cliffs, deep waters, and dizzying waterfalls. Both fjords have been included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. The cause of the fjord is that millions of years ago, the glaciers melted and moved towards the ocean. In the process, a huge force was generated, which cut the valley into a U shape and formed the fjord where the sea water poured back.

4. Devils Tower National Monument

On an almost flat piece of land in the northeastern corner of Wyoming, USA, stands a huge rock with a height of 264 meters, which people named Devils Tower.
