As a kind of condiment in Western-style meals, salad has more and more varieties with the increasing expansion of production materials and the familyization of production methods. Fresh lettuce, soy products, and, of course, more fruit, can all be the main ingredient in salads.


Even with the same main ingredient and several ingredients, slight changes, such as changes in cutting methods and ingredient procedures, will turn into another salad. The three methods of salad recommended here are simple and easy to make.


1. Papaya Vegetable Salad



The materials need papaya, mussels, grass shrimp, green peppers, red peppers, yellow peppers, onions, salt, sugar, garlic, lime juice, olive oil. First, cut the papaya into slices, soak in salted water for about 20 minutes, remove and drain. Next, shred green bell peppers, red bell peppers, cut bell peppers and onions. Third, blanch the mussels and prawns until cooked. Finally, put all the ingredients on a plate, add salt, sugar, garlic paste, lime juice and olive oil, and mix well.


2. Yogurt fruit salad



Main ingredients needed: 300 grams each of apples, bananas, sweet peaches (not peaches, but those with firmer pulp), 2 brown plums, 1 lemon, and 1000 grams of watermelon. A bottle of plain yogurt (227 grams), a little salt, and 50 grams of sugar. First, half of the lemon is cut into semi-circular slices, half of which is chopped, mixed with salt and sugar and marinated for 30 minutes. All fruits are cut into cubes about 2 cm square. Finally, mix yogurt and lemon curd, and mix well with diced fruit.


3. Lemon Honey Fruit Salad



The required materials are 100 grams of apples, 100 grams of pears, a little honey, 1 lemon, and squeeze the juice for later use. First, core apples and pears, wash them, cut them into small pieces, and put them on a plate. Next, add lemon juice and honey into a bowl to make lemon honey juice. Finally, drizzle the lemon honey juice over the apples and pears, mix well and serve.
